Job Summary
The Supply Chain Brand Manager serves as the lead Supply Chain liaison for their brand. This dynamic role is the lead communicator of supply chain information to brand leadership, franchisees, and other supply chain team members. This role is a key stakeholder in brand decision making and will sit on the brand’s leadership team. This individual will be exposed to a broad set of brand and cross functional management and will engage in supply chain problem solving opportunities while providing critical input into decisions as the supply chain expert for the brand leadership team. The role flexes between tactical, urgent problem solving, and more strategic long term capability improvement.
GoTo Foods consists of 7 restaurant and specialty brands with independent leadership, marketing, R&D and operations teams, serviced by a centralized procurement, analytics, distribution/logistics and quality assurance capabilities. The Supply Chain Brand manager is the link between these two organizations acting as the expert on both their Brand as well as the centralized supply chain services.

Essential Functions
- Build strong working relationships, trust, and credibility with key stakeholders within the Brand (including Franchisees) and GoTo Foods to understand priorities and influence outcomes.
- Lead a supply chain management lifecycle for all promotions, new offerings, supply changes, and similar projects.
- Promote product supply security directly and via planning resources to ensure successful day to day restaurant operations
- Partner with the Brands Marketing & Operations teams, Corporate Communications, and Distributors to provide regular Supply Chain updates to Franchisees.
- Provide a high level of accessibility to quickly react to unexpected challenges.
- Understand end to end Supply Chain strategies (Distribution, Procurement, Quality and Supplier Safety, Inventory, Systems, Costs and Communication) and represent these strategies to others.
- Understand and support both Brand and Focus wide business models, strategies, and priorities.
- Help inform and execute strategic priorities and initiatives for Focus Supply Chain.
- Indirectly lead a 3rd party core planner that will focus on managing critical items for the brand.
- Participate, as needed, in Franchisee Advisory Council meetings for your brand.
- Required Education
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree concentration in Supply Chain or Business Administration
- Graduate Degree
- Required Experience
- 5 years professional work experience
- Demonstrated history/experience in:
- Building relationships
- Communicating effectively to stakeholders in different parts of the organization
- Managing projects with broad stakeholder groups
- Working effectively in high pressure situations
- Experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, and execution management
- Preferred Experience
- Foodservice Experience at a Brand, Distributor or Supplier
- Manufacturing, Freight Management or Supply/Demand Planning Experience
- Proficient in meeting facilitation, written and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point (pivot tables, lookup, effective presentation creation)
- Project Management Certification (preferred)
- May be required to travel up to 25% of the time
