Internship Summary
As a GoTo Foods Intern, you will be involved in a wide range of projects designed to give you real world experience in the training department. Specifically, we are looking for an intern to support the enhancement of team member experience by assisting in the development of innovative and engaging training materials, with a primary focus on video content and other interactive media. Their work will aim to modernize onboarding processes, ensuring a positive, impactful, and memorable introduction for hourly team members to align with the organization’s culture and values.
The Intern Will Work On The Following
Hybrid - This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

- Intern will work on an dedicated training project to help enhance team member experience
- Interact with all levels of the training department
- Interact with brand operations and company owned stores
