Additionally, the VP will be responsible for consumer testing, market test analysis, understanding the customer journey, analyzing demographics, utilizing analytic tools, implementing test and learn strategies, and developing personalization tools. This role is crucial in enhancing our pricing strategies, developing customer engagement solutions and offering valuable insights that support our brands and franchisees in making informed customer and business decisions.

Essential Functions
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams in Consumer Insights, Business Analytics, Data Science, and Revenue Management, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Drive the vision and execution of data-driven strategies.
- Develop and oversee advanced analytics models, leveraging data science techniques to inform key business decisions and strategies.
- Partner with Finance, Commercial teams, IT, and Brand teams to meet the organizations goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Conduct advanced consumer research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Translate complex data and insights into actionable business strategies and communicate findings effectively to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance data capabilities and business strategies.
- Develop and build AI engagement tools that further personalization – like the Offer Engine and Suggested Sell tools.
- Bachelors
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in Data Science, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years) in data analytics, business analytics, consumer insights, or revenue management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in designing and implementing revenue management strategies in complex business environments.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and drive data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage large, complex datasets and work with cutting-edge analytics tools and technologies.
- May be required to travel up to 25% of the time
