HealthXL provides virtual care services (VCS) under the guidelines of Medicare’s Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. The Marketing Manager (MM) is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company. This includes inbound and outbound marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, Google PPC, website design, development and maintenance, hard copy and electronic collateral, social media, email marketing, webinars, and design of sales and management presentations. This is a full-time, Tampa, FL based position, reporting to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- MM aligns initiatives with HealthXL’s overall growth strategy, objectives and financial goals in driving market awareness and sales opportunities.
- Collaborates with senior leadership team in developing a plan for addressing market facing identity and projection of excellence, competence and capability in alignment with sales strategy.
- Pursues ongoing strategy and tactics to maintain websites at the most current and highest standards, optimized for lead generation and reflecting a market leading persona.
- Continually brings forward fresh ideas on brand awareness and lead generation in terms of sales collaterals, inbound and outbound marketing, email marketing including drip campaigns, advertising and PPC, social media, etc.
- Challenges the status quo in maintaining a market position among the leaders in virtual care.
- Ensures all copy is developed timely, meets company objectives, reflects current developments within the industry and internally, and is in line with corporate identity.
- Evaluates / utilizes paid advertising channels for lead generation.
- Measures and reports on effectiveness of all marketing initiatives (e.g., website performance, advertising campaigns, lead generation, email marketing and drip campaigns, and social media) and adjusts strategies as necessary.
- Determines allocation of resources, initiatives and budget to achieve objectives.
- Handles all engagements and contracting with third parties, including Jackson Dawson.
- Meets all established deadlines for marketing deliverables.
- Manages internal staff, including Digital Marketing Specialist, and independent contractors.
