About the role
As a Relationship Manager, your role will be central in working with clients and delivering a delighted client experience.
You will work closely with clients, alongside our advisors, investment professionals and financial planners.

Objectives of this role
- Build client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Engage in regular communications with clients via teams, phone, email and letters.
- Prompt and accurate resolution of client questions.
- Ensure that administrative client needs such as cashiering and account changes are seen through start-to-completion.
- Ensure that our CRM and client files are up to date and accurate.
- Support advisors and other professionals – acting as a force multiplier by taking ownership of administrative tasks.
Your tasks may include
- Tracking client paperwork and account changes start to finish and making sure that they are submitted in good order.
- Processing distribution, withdrawal, transfer and investment requests.
- Updating CRM and following up with communications and correspondence regarding client needs.
- Providing administrative and operational support to advisors – including gathering data for meetings.
- General administrative support.
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of client service experience in financial services focused on affluent clients required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional client service.
- Excellent team player.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize between multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- 5 years of experience in financial services working in a client service role.
- Financial services licenses.
- Experience working with ultra-high net worth clients.
- Experience supporting multiple advisors.
Compensation:
Compensation for this role is expected to be $75,000-$90,000
