Gottlieb and Greenspan is a boutique law firm based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, specializing in representing medical providers in reimbursement disputes against insurance carriers. We are currently seeking a dedicated paralegal to join our team.
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including legal document preparation, communication with insurance companies and medical offices, and meticulous tracking of information.
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of medical claim payments.
- Interact with insurance companies and medical providers, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Manage high-volume email correspondence efficiently.
- Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Minimum required education bachelor’s degree
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Flexibility to adapt to increased workloads and shifting deadlines
· Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
· Strong ability to uphold and promote the organization’s core values
