Job Description:
The Operations Assistant performs customer service duties related to registration activities. This role manages, and replies to office emails, telephone calls, and voicemails; processes course change requests and other forms; assists the Registrar and Associate Registrars with graduation processing, course scheduling, and other duties deemed necessary; supervises student workers; produces and tracks transcripts and enrollment verifications produced in house; and manages supplies.
Essential Job Functions:
30% A. Assist students with registration activities (ex. adding/dropping of courses, grade mode changes, registration, reinstatement, deferrals, withdrawals, leave of absence, attendance, etc.)

30% B. Monitor, manage and reply to office emails, telephone calls, and voicemails.
20% C. BSEP coordinator; act as a liaison to BSEP with host institutions; process BSEP registration forms, exchange of transcripts, and notifications.
5% D. Produce and track in-house transcripts and enrollment verifications.
5% E. Supervise student workers.
5% F. Maintain supplies for the Commencement ceremony as well as general office supplies.
5% G. Provide leadership for the transition from paper files to digital files and provide backup and assistance to other members of the Registrar's Office when necessary.
Education:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate Degree

Professional Experience:
Required: Two years of professional work experience providing administrative or clerical support in a busy office environment.
Preferred: Prior experience working in a college environment.
