Job Description
Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking 2 IT Help Desk/Desktop Support Technicians for a long term contract (possible contract to hire) in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro Area. This role requires all work to be performed on-site. Reliable transportation is essential, as occasional travel to other branches in the Valley will be required (mileage will be reimbursed). Pay is $21 - $24/hr.
Candidates will be providing technical support (primarily Help Desk) to internal users by troubleshooting Windows-based application issues. Will manage, provision, and maintain user account access to various web portals. Candidates will also perform desktop hardware installation, maintenance, and repair and maintain and update the inventory system, including conducting physical inventory audits as needed.
Candidates must have 3 years of experience in IT Support including some experience on an IT Help Desk. Must demonstrate proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be a U.S. citizen, currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to work onsite, be able to drive to various metro locations, and be able to pass relevant background and MVD checks.
