Compensation
Pay is compensated significantly with tips Host is $10/hr tips.
AVAILABILITY:
AM shift with weekend availability.
BUSSER Responsibilities:
- Assist the servers primarily by clearing and re-setting tables
- Pre-bussing will be needed more due to Covid-19 guidelines
- Assist with drinks and running food at times
- Keep dining room and restaurant clean and orderly at all times
- Will be cross-trained on seating tables
HOST Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and seat them in an orderly fashion according to the rotation
- Be the first friendly face of the brand. Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell
- Assure that guests needs are met
- Bring menus and answer service questions
- Act as the maître d’ of the restaurant
- Pick up on body language and cues of guests to ensure we specialize our hospitality to meet their needs
- Communicate with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Will be cross-trained on bussing

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
