Compensation
Pay is compensated significantly with tips. We offer a base wage ($2.15) tips. Team has been consistently averaging $20-25/hr all in!
Availability
Hiring for Morning, Night and weekend shifts!
Responsibilities
Make guests feel special. Do this with attentive service, product knowledge, and general love for people.
- Provide full table service.
- Master our counter product list and the full menu.
- Enter orders in our Point of Sale system and deliver food and beverages to guests.
- Will be cross-trained on bussing, hosting, expo, and basic barista/bartending. Servers will be asked to fulfill these duties at times.
- Ability to offer the polish and professionalism of fine-dining and blend that with a quick pace and high volume. Assure that guests needs are met.
- Communicate with team members effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
We prefer restaurant experience, but it is not required if you are outgoing, personable, and have a huge smile. Our team must thrive in a busy, high-volume, fast-paced, and challenging yet fun atmosphere.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees
- Hunger for mastering and guiding guests with product knowledge
- Must be passionate about creating a positive impact and turning first-time guests into loyal advocates
- Warm, inviting presence and personality. Guests should be able to tell there is a warm smile on the other side of the mask.
