Duties
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and clean up.

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and kitchen best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation across all dishes served.
Requirements

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and food safety practices.
