This is a great opportunity that will give you the responsibility for all sales activities in assigned accounts delivering a unique customer experience, assisting sales representatives and multiple internal departments, and potentially handling projects at the same time while also keeping up with clients day-to-day processes.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
Keying and verifying sales orders-Retail and Food Service
Answer telephone calls direct calls to appropriate contact or assist the incoming sales call
Greet Customers and handle inquiries/ order pickups as needed.
Communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments: Purchasing, distribution, customer service, and accounts receivable.
Identify and resolve customer concerns.
Assist customers and sales reps with basic needs.
Assist account managers with collections and credit issues.
Things you need to be able to do:
Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills are required.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Microsoft Office
Things that are a plus:
College degree preferred but not required
2-3 years of experience.
