Job Overview :

Gourmet Foods International is a specialty Food Distributor and additionally offers 3PL services under the branch Cold Locker. The Forklift Operator is someone responsible for handling products utilizing powered industrial machines safely and accurately. Prospective team members ensure orders are either stocked or pulled using standup or sit-down electric forklifts, scanning guns, and written forms. The position can also require physical product placement or picking-related tasks within a chilled environment.

Environment :

• Multi-temperature environment ranging from -10 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
• The position can also require physical product placement or picking-related tasks within a multi-temperature environment.
Equipment :
• RF scan gun
• PPE - Slip-resistant, steel-toe boots, freezer jackets and pants, warming caps
• Stand up and sit down electric forklifts and reach trucks.
