Harvester Department: Harvesting Employee reports to: Andrew Smith Employee is responsible for supervision of:
Job Summary: To Learn and follow all SOP’s of harvest, follow all Safety regulations, Harvest and package all mushrooms under GMI/ Food Safety guidelines in a timely fashion, and follow correct labeling and traceability standards.
Duties and Responsibilities a. Set up and tear down of Harvest carts and sanitation standards b. Harvest all mushrooms to quality standards in a fast-paced setting c. Be able to hit and maintain a set cut rate per mushroom d. To label and fill out proper paperwork daily as needed e. Daily practice of Safety and Food safety requirements is a MUST f. Help in other Departments when available and directed by Supervisor/Management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities a. Able to climb stairs, bend, twist and lift 35 pounds daily b. On feet standing all day in a controlled environment (Temps and humidity) c. Basic math and reading skills and Comprehension d. Able to learn all the mushroom’s and maturity levels.
Special Requirements a. As a transfer, you are entitled to stay in department for no less than 6 months before another transfer can take place b. Schedule subject to change.

Salary : $14 - $15
