· Manage the daily operation to ensure all food products meet the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
· Work Closely with various departments, including Operations, Sales, & Innovation, to promote a culture of continuous improvement in food safety and quality.
· Ensuring the continuous safety and legality of finished products in compliance with regulatory requirements and meeting the SQF Food Safety Code certification standard.
