GovCIO is currently hiring for Manager/Coordinator (Business Analyst). This position will be located in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
- Program Management - Weekly/ Monthly meetings with USPS Stakeholders and executives to discuss PRogram-LEvel stauys and address issues.
- Budget Management and Allocation
- Enterprise LEvel Strategy and Management of Deliverables
- Responsible for managing the release processees including technical design and implimentation of technical systems including mail.dat, mail.xml, shipping services file, Customer data mart, informed Delivery, informed visibility, enterprise api, and microservices.
- Expert knowledge of mailing and shipping specifications used to integrate mailers software and internal USPS systems.
- Provide overview and support to the CAT Team for all BNSs
- Provide daily status of team progress to management and other stakeholders
- Provide level of effort for ROMs
- Responsible for managing the release processes.
- Lead System Solutioning Activities to include Technical system solutions for Acceptance Tech Systems
- Coordinate Support for downstream systems and processes such as CAT Testing, Mailer Support
- Troubleshoot mailers issues as well as help mailers integrate and test their software updates.
- Script review and Customer Acceptance Teasting Support
- Indentify risks or technical issues with associated recommendations and proposed contingency.
Qualifications
Required Experience Level:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience, in technology or software development preferred.
- 8 or more years of professional experience related to business analysis, system solutioning, creating technical requiremetns.
- Must have skills in creating specifications documents and guides.
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree from an accredited College/University in CS, IT, Other Science related field. Four (4) years additional relevant experience required in lieu of a degree

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
