Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing onsite support for our federal customer and requires occasional travel for site coverage.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have minimum 6 months' experience in customer service or a related field, certification in Microsoft Operating Systems, and familiarity with SCCM remote resolution and SCCM software installation.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve technical problems via phone or email.
• Install, configure, and maintain various products and equipment.
• Deliver technical support, systems refresh, software integration, and operations support.
• Collaborate with support teams, customers, and technical staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months' experience in customer service or a related field.
• Certification in Microsoft Operating Systems or equivalent.
• Familiarity with SCCM remote resolution and SCCM software installation.
• CompTIA certifications (Network , A , Server , Security ).

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
