OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for an National Active Directory (NAD) ICAM Engineeris responsible for analysis, design, implementation, coordination, and Tier-3 level support for the Judiciary’s complex, enterprise level AD infrastructure and Cloud solutions. This includes providing support for authentication and authorization, managing group policy, and ensuring the availability and security of the environment.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis, design, testing and deployment of Active Directory, Azure AD & Domain ControllersDesign and implement a scalable and secure Active Directory infrastructureTier 3 level troubleshooting including diagnosing complex replication and multi domain issuesProvide technical support for authentication and authorization processes, including password management and securitCreate and manage group policies to enforce security and compliance requirements.Monitor and resolve Active Directory-related performance issues.Develop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentationDocument and update judiciary Active Directory processes and procedures.Analyze current Active Directory Security Baseline deployments to identify both technical and operational challenges while making recommendations and developing solutions for improvementCollaborate with other IT teams to integrate Active Directory with other systems and technologies.Stay up-to-date with the latest Active Directory technologies and security best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 10 years or (commensurate experience) or Master’s degree and 7 years of experienceRequired Skills and Experience10 years of experience in Active Directory migrations, design, and implementationsVMWare and Microsoft Certifications (MCSA 2012, MCITP-SA or EA 2008) are a must.Solid experience working with large complex Active Directory Migrations as a Sr. Migration EngineerAdvanced knowledge in AD architecture and infrastructure (LDAP, Directory Replication, group policy, security, schema changes, Domain Controllers management)Advanced knowledge of DNS, Kerberos, Windows Authentication and Single Sign On (SSO)Knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Services / PKI infrastructureAdvance knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019Strong TCP / IP networking knowledgeGood understanding of business issues and technical solutions encountered during the migration of single forest or multi-forest Active Directory environmentsDemonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills related to Application remediationA proven track record of executing on successful Active Directory migrations s for customers, prospects, or clientsStrong learning aptitude and ability to learn new technologies independentlyAbility to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projectsMust be Self-motivated and passionateMust have excellent organizational and time management skillsPositive attitude towards change and ability to adaptExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well as customersKnowledge of identity life cycle onboarding and offboarding processesClearance Required : Must be able to successfully acquire and maintain a US Courts public trustPreferred Skills and ExperienceMicrosoft certifications, such as MCSA or MCSE, are a plusApplication development concepts related to ADDS integration and authentication including LDAP, LDS, and ADFSWorking knowledge of Quest Migration Manager for AD preferredKnowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts is a plusKnowledge of ADFS, MFA and SSO is a plusCompany OverviewGovCIO is a team of transformers people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
