Project Manager. Individual must have a B.S. degree in Engineering related field or Construction Management with 10 years Construction experience. Individual must possess strong communication and writing skills. Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft suite products), strong organization and ability to multitask on multiple projects at once and work well with others. Must have a minimum 3 - 4 years of related project management experience. Duties include, working with Superintendents, reviewing submittals, negotiating contracts and purchase orders, drafting RFI’s, Letters, scheduling activities, and much more. Individual must be energetic and positive with a can-do attitude. Must pass drug and criminal background checks.
