What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pipefitter position at Government Contracts?
Position Summary
As a licensed pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems that are used to transport water, steam, air, and other liquids and gases. You will need to have a strong understanding of boiler codes and regulations and be able to read technical drawings and blueprints.

- Independent and detailed orientated with a strong mechanical aptitude
- 3 years of pipefitting experience
- Apply trade knowledge and follow installation guidelines.
- Read and understand blueprints, submittals, and other job documentation.
- Take ownership of assigned jobs and duties.
- Pass a drug screening
Regular attendance including being present and punctual for scheduled work hours

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
