The Role

GovTribe, a platform of GovExec, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The customer success manager at GovTribe serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their subscription. 

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
  • Coordinate onboarding calls, and training sessions to educate our customers about the platform and set them up for success
  • Provide support via live chat, email, and scheduled Zoom calls
  • Assist with maintaining platform user guide
  • Acting as the voice of our customers within GovTribe

Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a customer-facing role for a SAAS company
  • 1-3 years providing customer support/service
  • Ability to work EST or Central Time Zone
  • Experience using a ticketing system such as Hubspot, Zendesk, etc
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
