Responsibilities
Maintaining Facility Cleanliness
The Custodian 3 will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff. This includes:
- Performing routine custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Restocking supplies and materials
Supporting Staff Development
The Custodian 3 will also assist in the hiring process and training new staff members, instruct and check the work of others, and assign tasks to lower-level staff members. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
