Job Description:
A Maximum Security Facility Officer position is being recruited until filled. This notice seeks applicants to participate in the Civil Service Examination for Corrections Deputy. All classified employees within the Sheriff's Office require a Civil Service Examination.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining facility security by receiving, processing, and discharging inmates in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week maximum-security jail. They will also perform duties as part of a team to ensure the safety and well-being of inmates and staff, enforcing laws, regulations, and policies within the detention facility.
