We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Cleaning Professional to join our team at the Government of the Virgin Islands. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of public buildings throughout the territory.

Requirements and Qualifications
A completion of the eighth school grade and some experience (three months to six months) in custodial work are required. You must have the ability to learn safety precautions, methods, materials, and equipment ordinarily used in cleaning buildings, perform various tasks associated with the care and maintenance of buildings, understand and execute instructions, and deal with the public and other employees in a pleasant, courteous manner as required by the position.

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including offices, rooms, halls, and restrooms.
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and interact with the public and other employees in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
