Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head Offset Pressperson in Charge to oversee the operation of our sheet-fed and specialty presses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Press Operation: You will be responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining all sheet-fed and specialty presses.
- Leadership: You will lead a team of Printing Plant Workers (PPWs) and Helpers to ensure the successful completion of print jobs.
- Quality Control: You will ensure that all printed materials meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Requirements: To qualify for this position, you must have experience and/or training sufficient to independently perform the duties typically required of a Head Offset Pressperson in Charge. A formal apprenticeship or GPO journeyperson training program, or substantially equivalent practical experience, is also required.
