Objective
To provide specialized network engineering support for the deployment and integration of the Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to implement the “Comply to Connect” (C2C) Zero Trust Framework across our Command’s Enterprise Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) network.
Scope Of Work
The contractor will serve as the lead integrator for the Cisco ISE appliance, responsible for implementing and configuring ISE across the enterprise in compliance with DoD’s Zero Trust requirements. This position will focus on leveraging Cisco ISE’s capabilities to secure and authenticate network access, enforce policies, and enhance network visibility and compliance.
Requirements
– Technical Expertise: Must be a Cisco-certified engineer with expertise in Cisco ISE and a strong understanding of enterprise Cisco architecture.
– Experience: Proven experience in large-scale Cisco ISE implementation within DoD or similarly complex environments, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet C2C compliance standards required. Experience and/or knowledge about Cisco Secure Network Analytics (SNA), Cisco Secure Workload, Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) and in SD-WAN (Software-Defined WAN) solutions preferred but not required.
– Clearance: Secret security clearance with ability to get and maintain a Top Secret.
– Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Responsibilities
– Act as the lead Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Integrator – Comply to Connect (C2C) Zero Trust Framework Lead, ensuring successful deployment and integration across the enterprise network.
– Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align ISE configurations with the broader C2C Zero Trust security framework.
– Provide guidance on best practices for ISE deployment, including policy creation, network segmentation, and access control.
– Ensure compliance with DoD standards and contribute to a secure, resilient network environment.
In Office Requirement
– 3 days per week is preferred
