- Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems.
- Install Image and software on laptops and workstation
- Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities
- Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinates with Management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.
- Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content.
- Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer’s processes.
- Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include, site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making
- Experience in Customer Service
- Requires skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must have active interim Secret clearance or above
- Must be able to travel at least 25%
- Must be able to type
