What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Cyber Intelligence Analyst position at Government Tactical Solutions, LLC?
This role is responsible for leading and conducting fused intelligence analysis to enable the tracking and exploitation of Malicious Cyber Actors’ tactics, training, and procedures (TTPs), indicators of compromise (IOCs), and to develop a range of other heuristic and pattern of life informational products to support Whole-of-Government effects-based solutions to deny adversary access and ability to exploit US critical technologies and directly supports Law Enforcement/Counterintelligence (LE/CI) collections operations and investigative cases. This role requires extensive experience as a liaison with external commands and stakeholders, integrating original analysis into actionable outcomes through coordinated multi-agency operations and support to CI collection missions and investigations.
Working as an expert in the field, research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks. Prepares intelligence assessments, technical information papers, and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified and Open-Source information; correlates threat data from various sources. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure unhindered operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Responsible for producing high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials.

Qualifications
- Must be familiar with Cloud Security Architecture with all related aspects of cybersecurity operations/analysis (e.g., incident response & management, forensic media analysis, malware analysis/reverse-engineering, cyber threat intelligence analysis, etc.) and security architecture and engineering.
- Requires experience providing integrated cyber, financial, virtual asset/virtual currency, and business analysis with advanced analytics to support national security, criminal, cyber, and counterintelligence investigations and operations.
- Must possess an in-depth knowledge of network and application protocols, cyber vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques, and cyber threat/adversary methodologies (TTPs).
- Experience with Law Enforcement/Counterintelligence (LE/CI) Operations and/or Cyberspace Operations.
- Must have experience developing and presenting high-level briefings for Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.
- Must have experience drafting and editing authoritative and finished intelligence, including IC assessments, executive summaries, information papers, and other papers on key topics to prepare senior leaders for senior DoD, Inter-Agency, and international meetings.
- Experience supporting DoD operations, strategy, policy analysis, and planning with Services, Joint, non-DoD Interagency organizations, or foreign mission partners.
- Possess a combination of current CDASA-II, JCAC, Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP-F), or GIAC Open Source Intelligence Certifications.
- Possess an understanding of virtual currency transaction tracing utilizing blockchain analytical tools/explorers, including cryptocurrency tracing and analysis tool suites.
