Tactical Mobile Software Engineer
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Tactical Mobile Software Engineer to join our team. As a member of our mobile development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing native iOS and Android applications using Swift, Kotlin, and React Native frameworks. Additionally, you will work on integrating mobile apps with existing COBOL-based and Java-based backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.* Design and implement RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to interact with legacy systems.* Collaborate with backend teams to integrate mobile apps with existing systems.* Optimize mobile application performance and ensure seamless user experience.* Test and quality assurance: develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's 12 years of experience in the IT industry with mobile development background (18 years in lieu of a degree)* Experience with Legacy System Integration and API development* Experience with cross-platform development using React Native and Flutter* Strong knowledge of state management (Provider, Riverpod) in Flutter* Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, etc.).
