We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities by leveraging industry contacts, & market insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and forecast sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., LinkedIn, Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic planning abilities to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make informed decisions.
Must be willing to network, meet with clients in-person, and conduct a variety of phone and email campaigns (50-100 touches/per day).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
