Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Overall operations and maintenance of the facilities assigned
- On-site weekly/monthly meetings with contractors:
- Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance
- Stormwater Maintenance
- Facility Staff
- Weekly/Monthly inspections including, but not limited to, landscape, stormwater, and amenities
- Coordination and oversight of additional facility repairs and projects
- Weekly review, approval and coding of maintenance and contractor invoices
- Assist with the development of the annual operations and maintenance budget
- Track spending and recommend adjustments to the operations and maintenance budget during the fiscal year
- Work directly with on-site Amenity Manager and staff on any facility concerns
- Supervise and assist maintenance and janitorial personnel
- Attend all monthly board meetings (evening meetings included)
- Prepare monthly Field Operations Report
- Respond to phone calls, emails, etc. from residents, board members, developers in a timely and professional manner
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Independent, self-starter, and comfortable with limited supervision.
· Prior supervisory experience recommended but not required.
