FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
HOURS: Part-Time (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
¨ Bathroom cleaning: Cleaning toilets, sinks, showers, and sauna, and replenishing toiletries
¨ Common area cleaning: Vacuuming hallways, sweeping floors, wiping down railings, emptying trash bins
¨ Laundry duties: Collecting, transporting, washing, folding, and distributing linens from events and gym towels
¨ Supply management: Restocking supplies like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and cleaning products
¨ Inventory control: Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting low stock
¨ Reporting maintenance issues: Identifying and reporting any damage or malfunctions in rooms to Director of Operations
¨ Event Setup/Tear Down: May be asked to help set rooms for clubhouse events, and clean up after the event is over
¨ Guest requests: Addressing guest concerns related to cleanliness and fulfilling special requests
¨ Following cleaning protocols: Adhering to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Additional hours available to work special program events. Employee must have reliable transportation to job location.

Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
¨ Entry level position: high school diploma or equivalent
¨ One (1) or two (2) years of experience preferred. Strong customer service skills required.
