Server & Bartender Position

Servers and Bartenders play a critical role in developing guest relationships and making sure guest expectations are exceeded through food and drink service.

Responsibilities:

• Know and follow all of Governor’s Quarters policies and procedures
• Welcome guest and make their guest experience fun and memorable
• Personalize the guest experience through attentiveness and personality
• Maintain knowledge of food and drink items on our menus and be able to politely answer questions regarding our food and drinks
• Work as a team with the other staff members
• Meet with the bar manager prior to your shift to discuss the day’s agenda, menu changes, specials, etc.
• Process payments, clean tables, and set tables back to guest readiness
• Perform side work duties
• Strictly adhere to laws for serving alcohol
• Ensure overall cleanliness of bar/tables
• Be responsive to any guest requests

Qualifications:

• Strongly team oriented
• Serve Safe Alcohol Certified Preferred
• Be able to remain comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Respectful and patient
• Strong organizational skills

Job Type: part-time

Salary: varies based on experience

Hours of Operation: Tuesday-Thursday 4:00PM-10:30PM,

Friday 4:00PM-11:30PM, Saturday 4:00PM-11:30PM
