Community Association Services (CAS), Inc.
Governors Club Property Owners Association, Inc., (GCPOA) is located in Chapel Hill (Chatham County) North Carolina. The POA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the property owners. The POA has contracted with CAS, Inc. to provide management services.
The POA office is located at 10134 Governors Drive. The normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
We are seeking a team-oriented, specialized professional with the talent and experience to manage a fast-paced and service-focused environment. This position requires integrity, discretion, and the ability to exercise business judgment. The successful candidate must be flexible with a strong emphasis on organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and unwavering attention to detail.
Overview
The office administrator assistant serves as a primary point of contact for all residents, guests, and vendors visiting the association office. Provides daily administrative support to include, filing, answering phones, creating files, generating reports, applying vehicle barcode stickers, reporting street light outages, researching advertising of non-compliant rentals on various rental sites, process closings, database management/updating, schedule and reserve conference rooms. Directly supports the community manager and assistant community manager in matters relating to compliance and maintenance. Performs other related work as required.

Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Must be able to set priorities and ability to cope with competing demands.
Strong records management skills are required.
Proficient in MS Office Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Pro).
Qualifications
Essential Physical Requirements:
Driver's License.
Lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds (occasionally).
Education and Experience:
3 years of experience in office administration; POA/HOA is preferred.
