We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager/Estimator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation. This position does include a performance bonus in addition to salary.
Qualifications
- 5 years in Commercial Project Management or estimating to include multi family construction.
- Ability to read/understand construction drawings/plans
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well individually and with a team
- Experience in a leadership position
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to help grow the department through client business development
Responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience with:
- Commercial Construction projects and materials
- Multi Family Commercial projects
- Database entry and tracking, Excel
- Logistics
- Customer service
- Work in conjunction with production and project managers to cost-effectively assign and track for all work in progress:
- Company field employees: laborers, carpenters, driver
- Subcontractors
- Materials and Equipment
- Receipts and Invoices
- Contact customers to communicate and coordinate schedules and confirm job satisfaction
- Manage projects through completion
- Purchase materials and ensure delivery
- Develop safety plans and attend relevant safety meetings
- Engage in client relations and business development
- Hire, train, mentor, and retain dependable and knowledgeable field personnel
- Ensure jobs are completed in the most efficient and most cost-effective manner

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
