What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Superintendent position at GovGig?
The project (in a nutshell) entails demolishing the building down to stud wall and renovating the full interior to meet new sustainability requirements. We'll also be replacing the roof, RTUs, chiller, repairing EFIS and stairs.
Help plan, manage and organize the various stages of a project. You will be in charge of coordinating the site team and monitoring the job site environment. The Site Superintendent is responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation including: project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, outage requests, ensuring a safe work environment and managing project costs. We expect that you will have excellent management skills and be highly organized with great attention to detail. You should have a broad technical knowledge of networking infrastructure, building materials, plumbing and electrical systems, including being able to read plans and blueprints. You will oversee construction activities at all stages to ensure that project goals are met. Ultimately, you should be able to identify potential problems that affect the quality of our services and solutions.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
