Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team to provide high-quality resident care.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical programs to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Built trust and relationships with residents and staff, following through on concerns
- Advise medical staff, department heads, and administrators on nursing strategies and best practices.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and provide training as needed.
- Oversee daily operations, including resident care, safety, staffing, and budget management.
- Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in nursing management or a similar leadership role within an assisted living or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of resident rights, care plans, shift management, and medical records.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.
- Familiarity with nursing administration processes and regulations governing assisted living facilities is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
Requirements:
- Wisconsin RN license active
- BSN preferred
- Long Term Care / Senior Living management experience
