- Provide overall clinical oversight, supervision, hiring, training, and quality clinical care of nursing clinical staff
- Determine proper acceptance of residents into health services by considering all parts of a resident's life
- Work with and educate residents and families to recommend care options and maintain excellent communication with residents and families
- Be knowledgeable about evidence-based and integrated therapies and current trends in care for elders and work to develop processes that propel the entire company to better care for our residents through training and education of staff, residents, and families
