Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support facilities with employment related duties such as but not limited to investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding as needed
- Provide guidance to facilities as it pertains to FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other leaves of absences
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Lead training and development initiatives – must be comfortable presenting in large group settings
- Audit and maintain employee records and HRIS system
- Help provide guidance to facilities as it pertains to Risk Management and Employee Safety
