- Quality Assurance
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Workspaces and Google Sheets
Please note that this is an in-office position located in Fort Lauderdale, South Florida. Our ideal candidate will be available to work Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing agent calls to ensure compliance
- Communicating discrepancies with immediate superior
- Accurate and organized documentation
- Preform other duties as assigned
