About The Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to coach, guide, and support our development team in applying Agile/Scrum principles to deliver high-quality software. You’ll facilitate key ceremonies, drive process improvements, and serve as a protector of team focus and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Continuously assess Agile maturity and implement improvement strategies
- Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and coach them on self-organization and cross-functionality
- Remove team impediments, resolve conflicts, and help navigate resistance
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align sprint goals and backlog priorities
- Support backlog grooming to ensure clarity and readiness for upcoming sprints
- Monitor team health, track sprint metrics (e.g., burndown, velocity), and report performance insights
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Shield the team from external distractions and ensure focus on sprint commitments
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Proven experience coaching cross-functional development teams
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in JIRA and Agile metrics tracking
- Ability to work with strong personalities and navigate complex team dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and delivering on tight timelines
