About the Role
Join our team as a Change Management Consultant, where you'll lead efforts to guide organizations through strategic transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and technologies. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, develop impactful change strategies, and create communication materials that foster engagement and readiness for change. Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering engagement activities and manage the completion of key deliverables.
- Lead tasks or workstreams within client engagements, overseeing contributions from team members and junior staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to address complex organizational change management (OCM) challenges.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and discussions with subject matter experts.
- Conduct user research to craft strategies that promote user adoption and awareness of changes.
- Create content for stakeholder engagement, including communication materials explaining changes, benefits, and implementation steps.
- Execute change readiness assessments, analyze results, and address barriers to change.
- Prepare and deliver engaging briefings for senior executives.
- Monitor and report the status of change programs, including risks and key metrics.
- Support the development and enhancement of change management tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to business development activities, such as proposals, whitepapers, and client engagement materials.
Requirements
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, or seven (7) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience implementing technology and financial management systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle).
- Experience in the initial phases of ERP discovery and implementation
- Proficiency in creating communication collateral using human-centered design (HCD) approaches, including newsletters, executive briefings, and emails.
- Expertise in developing and executing change readiness surveys and business readiness assessments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience leading tasks or workstreams and overseeing junior staff contributions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and delivering presentations.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, including custom visuals and slide master customization.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ERP modernization projects and financial management implementations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing OCM strategies.
- Familiarity with public sector or financial services clients.
- Experience using data-driven approaches to manage organizational change.
