Job Description :
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania / PA Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking a Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 Integration Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations between Successfactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase . The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Successfactors APIs, Employee Central Mini-Master, and Onboarding 2.0 HRIS Elements and possess extensive experience in SAP HCM, Successfactors Integration Center, and third-party integration tools like Informatica or SAP PO .
Responsibilities :
- Lead the Onboarding 2.0 project and design integrations between Successfactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase .
- Configure and customize SAP and Successfactors standard integrations .
- Develop and maintain custom integrations , including transformation logic and error handling.
- Conduct unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing .
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to technical and functional teams.
- Participate in project planning, meetings, and Solution Confirmation, PI Cycles, SITs, UAT, and Go-Live phases.
