Job Description :
NC DHHS requires a Senior Agile Scrum / Flow Master to support agile teams in ceremonies, planning, and implementation for both projects and operations / maintenance. The role involves :
- Supporting agile teams in daily tracking, prioritization, and backlog refinement with business divisions. (5 years)
- Facilitating scrum meetings, sprint planning, quarterly PI planning, and release planning. (5 years)
- Removing impediments and ensuring smooth team collaboration. (5 years)
- Tracking agile team metrics, driving continuous improvement, and coaching teams to achieve agile maturity. (5 years)
- Coordinating across teams within NC FAST and Aqua Portfolio for agile transformation efforts. (5 years)
- Managing status reporting, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication for managerial briefings. (5 years)
