Job Description :
The New York City Employees’ Retirement System (NYCERS) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage IT projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders, system integration vendors, and project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects using PMI PMBOK guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Manage medium to large-scale IT projects with multiple workstreams.
- Work within the EPMO to align projects with organizational goals and PPM policies.
- Oversee project status, scope, schedule, costs, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide process improvement recommendations through standardization, automation, and BPR initiatives.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and training documentation.
