Job Description :
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform . This includes supporting processes like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, Performance Analytics , and other service modules.
In addition to system support, the ServiceNow Administrator will be involved in design and implementation tasks , including requirements gathering, configuration, integration, and testing . The role also involves creating / modifying process workflows, reporting, and dashboards , as well as maintaining technical and process documentation .
The ServiceNow Administrator will stay updated with new features and functionality, playing a key role in driving continual improvements within the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform .
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics .
- Perform design and implementation tasks , including requirements gathering, system configuration, integration, and testing .
- Create and modify process workflows, reports, and dashboards .
- Develop and maintain technical and process documentation .
- Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and functionalities to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance system efficiency.
