Swift Strategic Solutions Inc. / State of NC is seeking a SharePoint Product Specialist for a contract position . The selected candidate will work on SharePoint and web-based solutions to support Operations and Traffic business processes , ensuring content management and business process transformation.
This role will focus on business analysis, project management, product ownership, and quality assurance rather than programming or coding. The candidate must be comfortable using their own equipment to access a virtual workspace.
Responsibilities :
SharePoint & Web-Based Solutions :
Design SharePoint and web-based solutions to support business processes in transportation operations.
- Develop custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types .
- Work with business units to define and prioritize projects.
Project & Product Management :
Break down designs into work items and track progress.
Testing & Implementation :
Perform quality assurance (QA) testing on SharePoint and web-based solutions.
Process Transformation & Support :
Evaluate and re-engineer business processes for efficiency.
