Job Description :
The State of VA is seeking a Technical Program Manager - PMP to oversee a large-scale modernization program involving multiple PMs, tech leads, and projects. The role will focus on planning a cloud migration roadmap and managing various technical debt projects such as desktop upgrades, network upgrades, ACD and PBX upgrades, .NET platform upgrades, vulnerability remediation, cloud migration, and SCC technical upgrades.
The Program Manager will be responsible for schedule management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ensuring all projects align with program goals. The candidate will report directly to the CIO .
