Here’s the scoop : The Data Acquisition Specialist is the primary contact with government agencies and facilitates acquiring the information for our cutting-edge software delivered in a SaaS model. What you’ll do : Communicate through email, telephone, fax, and US postal mail with government agencies. Perform account management and log all activity in the company CRM system. Understand and work within the public records laws. Must be able to research possible solutions to record request restrictions Submit public records requests to government agencies. Manage a proxy account in various states. Review data files and evaluate for usability, quality, and content. Promote SmartProcure to government agencies to build brand recognition. Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs. What you’ll need : A high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3-5 yrs Experience with CRM Account Management. 3-5 yrs Experience with data entry and analysis. Excellent work ethic; willing to take on multiple tasks. Must have computer navigation skills. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Professional written and verbal skills.
