Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administration and Support position at Govt Portal. The role involves daily tasks such as managing office operations, providing administrative support, coordinating payments, and assisting with customer inquiries. While primarily located in Atlanta, GA, the position allows for some remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Office Management, Administrative Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in payment processing and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of municipal processes and procedures is a plus
